How long does it take for you to ship after I place my order?
We understand the excitement of ordering. Our goal is to have your item packaged and shipped out no later than 48 hours after payment has been received. Please allow 7-8 days for delivery after the mailing date. Shipping times vary to international destinations. If you need your package on a specfic date, please let us know, and we'll see what we can do.

Orders that ship to any destination in the United States, including Hawaii, are on us. Your package will ship completely free via Air Mail.
*The only item that is charged shipping in the US is the ultra heavy Desktop Surfer.
International Shipping
We ship to any destination in the world. Most items are shipped for a flat fee of $5 per item depending on weight. Shipping times vary to international destinations. Packages take approximately 7 - 14 days to reach international destinations, but sometimes longer, during the peak holiday season. Is the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing Store secure?
Absolutely. The payment process is conducted in Pay Pal's secure processing environment. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). We do not store credit card or personal data.
What forms of payment do you accept?

How do I figure out my size?

What is your return policy?
We strive to make every purchase a positive experience. If you purchase one of our quality products and are not 100% satisfied you may return the item (buyer is responsible for postage and item must be in original condition) for a full refund.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship via USPS Priority Air or First Class Air depending on the weight of the item ordered. The vast majority of our items (including all shrits, posters, and surf racks) are shipped free of charge.
Are there any limits to where you will ship?
